			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>DAYTON, Ohio, May 2<a name="_GoBack"></a>, 2012 – <a href="http://www.macb.com">MacAulay-Brown, Inc.</a> (MacB), a leading engineering and technical services company supporting the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community with over 2,000 employees worldwide, announced today that it has promoted Alan Puterbaugh to Vice President of Information Solutions Division, Cyber Systems Group. In his new role, Puterbaugh will oversee MacB’s operational intelligence analysts supporting various government customers and software development for intelligence-related systems. In addition, he will be responsible for MacB’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) programs to ensure greater process efficiencies across the enterprise.</p>
<p>For almost 30 years, Puterbaugh has held senior level positions in the Defense and Technology sectors, focusing on business development, capture management, proposal preparation, operations management and strategic planning. He has demonstrated a high level of success in achieving market penetration, growth and profitability. Prior to joining MacB in 2008, Puterbaugh has worked for Madison Research Corporation, CDO Technologies, CACI/MTL, International Consultants, Inc., Anteon Corporation, Technology Applications, Inc. and Boeing Military Airplane Company.</p>

(MacB), a leading engineering and technical services company supporting the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community with over 2,000 employees worldwide, announced today that it has appointed Greg Drozd as Corporate Director of Quality and Improvement. Drozd will ensure that all corporate systems, processes and employees meet stringent ISO 9001:2008 requirements. In addition, he will implement a unified quality management and corporate governance system across the enterprise that positions the Company to achieve its strategic business objectives.</p>

<p>Drozd has more than 25 years of experience as a quality professional helping organizations optimize the benefits of ISO certified systems. Prior to joining MacB in an official capacity, Drozd was a consultant to the Company since 2005, working with senior management to develop and manage their ISO 9001-based quality management system. As a consultant, he has helped a host of clients meet customer mandates for third party certified management systems as a condition of doing business. In addition, Drozd has held quality-focused positions at IQC, MTC Technologies (now BAE Systems), Digitron, Fastemp Glass Company, Mosier Industries and Freund Precision.</p>
<p>Drozd is an accomplished corporate trainer, having developed and delivered a host of quality-based training programs. He is also a distinguished public speaker, educating industry and government agencies on the importance of maintaining ISO-based quality management systems and processes. In addition, he has taught Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma Principles at Edison State College as a capstone course in their engineering program. Drozd is an alum of Wright State University in Dayton, where he studied Systems and Industrial Engineering.</p>

<p>DAYTON, Ohio, April 10, 2012 – <a href="http://www.macb.com/">MacAulay-Brown, Inc.</a> (MacB), a leading engineering and technical services company supporting the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community with over 2,000 employees worldwide, announced today that it has been awarded a five-year, $100 million firm-fixed price, multiple award contract by the United States <a href="http://www.niocmd.navy.mil/">Navy Information Operations Command</a> (NIOC) to provide Information Assurance (IA) and Information Operations (IO) services and support. The <a href="http://www.navsup.navy.mil/navsup">Naval Supply Systems Command</a> (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Va., is the contracting activity.</p>
<p>Under the terms of the contract award, MacB will have the opportunity to bid on individual task orders to provide professional, technical and analytical support services in the core capabilities of IO: Electronic Warfare, Computer Network Operations, Military Information Support and Operations Security. The services performed will give the Navy the ability to increase Situational Awareness that directly impact fleet operations and the warfighter.</p>
<p>MacB is ideally suited to provide IA and IO support to the military. For almost two decades, the Company has been a leader in the development of IO technologies, services and support with a broad range of technical and operational services to support the warfighter. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>MacAulay-Brown Awarded $5.4 Million United States Air Force Contract to Support Large Aircraft Infrared Countermeasure Program </strong></p>
<p>DAYTON, Ohio, April 4, 2012 – <a href="http://www.macb.com/">MacAulay-Brown, Inc.</a> (MacB), a leading engineering and technical services company supporting the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community with over 2,000 employees worldwide, announced today that it has been awarded a five-year, $5.4 million contract by the United States Air Force (USAF) to provide research and support for the <a href="http://www.globalsecurity.org/military/systems/aircraft/systems/laircm.htm">Large Aircraft Infrared Countermeasure (LAIRCM)</a> program. The follow-on contract allows MacB to continue the Research, Development, Test &amp; Evaluation (RDT&amp;E) work it has been providing under the previous LAIRCM contract.</p>
<p>Under the terms of the contract, MacB will continue the RDT&amp;E activities. In addition, MacB will analyze performance results to ensure the Infrared Countermeasures (IRCM) systems meet the USAF’s stringent performance requirements for use on the C-5 Galaxy, C-17 Globemaster and C-130 Hercules aircraft. As a collaborative member of the USAF LAIRCM team, MacB has been instrumental in ensuring the performance of the integrated system through analysis of data from realistic laboratory, simulation and open-air test range environments. The Company has also supported a wide range of engineering and testing products relating to the LAIRCM program, including participation on Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), analyzing system problems and risk areas and verifying test results.</p>

<p>DAYTON, Ohio, March 13, 2012 – <a href="http://www.macb.com">MacAulay-Brown, Inc.</a> (MacB), a leading engineering and technical services company supporting the U.S. Department of Defense and Intelligence Community with over 2,000 employees worldwide, announced today that <a href="http://www.macb.com/about-us/leadership-team/sid-fuchs/">Sidney E. Fuchs</a>, President and CEO of MacB, has been named to the <a href="http://www.eng.lsu.edu/news/2012/3/lsu-engineering-honors-bassiouni-and-fuchs--/">Louisiana State University (LSU) College of Engineering Hall of Distinction</a>. Mr. Fuchs will be formally inducted at the Hall of Distinction ceremony on April 26 in Baton Rouge, La.</p>
<p>Nominees for the award are selected based on distinguished professional achievement, dedicated service to engineering, public service and outstanding humanitarian activities. When inducted, Mr. Fuchs will join a prestigious list of past honorees, including the current Secretary of the Louisiana Department of Economic Development, Stephen Moret; former Louisiana State Representative, William Daniel; LSU’s Dean Emeritus of the College of Engineering, Dr. Edward McLaughlin; former President and CEO of Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO), Lodwrick “Lod” M. Cook; and distinguished NASA veteran, manned space flight pioneer, and chief designer of the Mercury space capsule, Dr. Maxime Faget.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.eng.lsu.edu/about/dean/facstaff/richard.koubek">Rick Koubek</a>, Dean, LSU College of Engineering stated, “The College of Engineering is honored to recognize Sid Fuchs as a stellar engineering alumnus for our 31st annual Hall of Distinction. Sid has enacted strong leadership through transformative roles in his profession, and impressive contributions to society. His global experience represents the true significance of the LSU Engineer.”</p>
<p>For more than two decades, Mr. Fuchs has played a pivotal role in business and government. As the CEO of premier engineering services companies including MacB, OAO Technology Solutions and TASC, Inc., he has been at the forefront of leading organizations that design and deliver mission critical engineering and technical solutions that directly support the Nation’s global security efforts. Earlier in his career, Mr. Fuchs served as a Central Intelligence Agency Officer where he graduated from the CIA’s Special Operations and Career Training School and held positions as an operations officer, systems engineer, program manager and foreign weapons systems intelligence analyst. In addition, he holds federal appointments by the Secretary of Defense to the National Defense University Board of Visitors and the Defense Science Board’s Intelligence Task Force.</p>

<p>Fuchs holds BS and MS degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University has completed executive programs at the University of Virginia Darden School, the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School, Harvard University and the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. He serves on the Industrial Advisory Board for LSU’s Mechanical Engineering Department.</p>

<p>In 1979, the LSU College of Engineering established the Hall of Distinction to recognize individuals who have made significant contributions to the engineering profession.
