MacAulay-Brown Hosting Special Event to Benefit the Virginia Wounded Warrior Program

ROANOKE, Virginia, May 26, 2015 – MacAulay-Brown, Inc. (MacB), a leading National Security company delivering advanced engineering services and product solutions to Defense, Intelligence, Special Operations Forces, Homeland Security and Federal agencies, announced today that it will host a special event entitled, “Security Awareness, Safety and Wellness Day” at the company’s Roanoke, Virginia office.

The special event, scheduled for Friday, June 5, 2015 from 3 to 6 p.m., is open to the public. It will be held at 4415 Pheasant Ridge Road, Suite 200 in Roanoke, VA, 24014. All proceeds from “Security Awareness, Safety and Wellness Day” will benefit the Virginia Wounded Warrior Program (VWWP) – Region III.

VWWP serves Southwest Virginia’s veterans and family members by providing access to behavioral health, rehabilitative and support services. The Wounded Warrior program places special emphasis on assisting service members, veterans and their families on the road to recovery from traumatic brain injuries, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), clinical depression and other related health issues.

Everyone has a role to play in keeping Roanoke and surrounding areas as safe and healthy as possible, so that veterans, their families, friends, neighbors and supporting businesses continue to thrive.”
