MacAulay-Brown, Inc. Awarded Contract by U.S. Strategic Command to Support Test and Integration Facility

DAYTON, Ohio, June 9, 2014 – MacAulay-Brown, Inc. (MacB), a leading National Security company delivering advanced engineering services and product solutions to Defense, Intelligence, Special Operations Forces, Homeland Security and Federal agencies, announced today that it has been awarded a contract by the United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) to provide support to its Training, Exercise and Experimentation Services (TE2S) Test and Integration Facility (TIF). TE2S provides critical laboratory infrastructure capabilities and Modeling and Simulation (M&S) services that enable exercises, experimentation, concept development, demonstrations, prototyping and alternate futures within the TIF environment.

Under the terms of the contract, MacB will deliver Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) and evaluation support for the TIF’s various experimentation efforts regarding Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) and Government Off-The-Shelf (GOTS) products for potential use within USSTRATCOM. Specifically, the company will deliver project planning, scheduling, information assurance and assorted technology support to shepherd new capability prototyping and testing.

“Test and Integration Facilities provide the military with a lower cost alternative to train, test and experiment on new technologies in a simulated environment to ensure modernization and readiness efforts are achieved,” said Fred Norman, Senior Vice President and General Manager of MacB’s Mission Systems Group. “We look forward to working closely with USSTRATCOM to integrate new capabilities into these critical facilities.”
