MacB Promotes Mia Kerivan-O’Malley to Chief Administrative Officer
MacAulay-Brown, Inc. Promotes Mia Kerivan-O’Malley to Chief Administrative Officer
DAYTON, Ohio, October 6, 2014 – MacAulay-Brown, Inc. (MacB), a leading National Security company delivering advanced engineering services and product solutions to Defense, Intelligence, Special Operations Forces, Homeland Security and Federal agencies, announced today that it has promoted Mia Kerivan-O’Malley to Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer. She will now report directly to Sid Fuchs, President and CEO of MacB, and join the company’s Senior Executive Group (SEG). Kerivan-O’Malley previously served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO).
As MacB’s Chief Administrative Officer, Kerivan-O’Malley will continue her duties as CIO, overseeing all Information Technology (IT) enterprise operations and facilities management. In addition, she will now be responsible for MacB’s Human Capital Development and Recruiting departments. Drawing on her more than three decades of experience, Kerivan-O’Malley will lead and partner with MacB’s HR and Recruiting organizations to ensure their strategic direction and operations continue to focus on customer success and are aligned with industry demands.

An IT veteran with more than 30 years experience in enterprise IT operations and services, Kerivan-O’Malley is experienced in policy development, strategic planning and has been a primary influence in determining strategies for cloud-based offerings, web-based services, virtualization and core IT capabilities. Prior to joining MacB, she worked as a program manager and a software development engineer for Applications Research Corporation. Kerivan-O’Malley holds Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and Bachelor of Science (BS) degrees in Computer Science from the University of Dayton.
