What We Do
Our facilities cover multiple mission sets with similar capabilities across several labs.

Our R&D and development facilities are focused on C4ISR programs and encompass both hardware and software systems. Systems supported include sensors, ISR, cyber security, software, communications and ancillary programs. These labs also support the development of significant modeling and detailed FPGA analysis. Full CAD designs are supported by 3-D printers and additive manufacturing devices.
Our facilities support the integration and prototyping of both hardware and software-based systems. Integration and prototyping occurs at the component, subsystem and system levels including integration into enclosures, vehicles, manpack and air platforms. Our integration spaces include high bay spaces for integration into larger vehicular systems. Many of our integration efforts require the design and fabrication of unique interfaces and radomes to support customer missions.
In addition to the prototyping of end items, we have facilities to conduct low rate production of C4ISR components, subsystems, and systems. We have comprehensive machine and model shops (milling, turning, EDM), automated PCB population, wire harnesses, RF cables and lithium battery packs, work with composite materials from wood to carbon fiber, the capability for injection molded and vacuum cast plastics as well as finishing including paint, powder coat and accelerated aging.
All development and integration efforts are subject to functional and development testing. In addition to the standard set of functional testing conducted on end items, our labs offer an extensive set of environmental test chambers (temperature, shock, drop, humidity, and altitude) as well as full and semi-anechoic chambers capable of supporting end items as large as MRAPs.
MacB develops and uses general and specific instrumentation in our laboratory facilities to support the Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) missions for our customers within the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC).
We develop specialized and custom tools to support a full range of mission equipment. These tools include detailed bit mapping of FPGA circuits to specific software and cyber tools to entire tools boxes dedicated to reverse engineering disciplines. Most tools are created and used to support other development and testing functions within our labs, however, some tools will be developed to support unique customer missions.
We maintain a series of flexible high-bay and administrative spaces to simulate real-world operator training environments. We will create mockups and observe operator performance for end users with equipment, and also provide hands-on training when requested by the customer.
