Who We Are
Mr. Werth is a senior aerospace/defense general management executive with significant accomplishments in business operations, corporate development and program management. He leads and operates Gray Enterprise Solutions (GES), a business unit of MacAulay-Brown (MacB). MacB-GES operates two MacB subsidiary companies, Gray Research, Inc., headquartered in Huntsville, Alabama and Enterprise Solutions, Inc., headquartered in Eatontown, New Jersey. The MacB-GES subsidiaries are organized and centrally aligned to provide cost-effective system solutions and technical support services to defense and federal agencies in systems engineering and integration, threat analysis, C4ISR, space systems, launch vehicle systems, test and evaluation, data acquisition and analysis, data center management, IT solutions, logistics and facility solutions and program management services.
For over 30 years, Mr. Werth has performed in a variety of leadership assignments for both government and private sector organizations including the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, General Electric Company (GE) and ITT Corporation. In twelve years at ITT, Mr. Werth held executive positions in general management, business development and program management. He was vice president of Strategic Programs for the ITT CAS business unit, headquartered in Huntsville, Alabama, and coordinated strategic business initiatives across the $6.1 billion ITT Defense and Information Solutions segment. Prior to this, he was vice president and general manager for the ITT Systems Development and Deployment business unit, also headquartered in Huntsville.
Mr. Werth has a bachelor’s degree in metallurgical engineering from Michigan Technological University and a master’s degree in engineering management from the Florida Institute of Technology. He has completed executive management training at GE’s John F. Welch Leadership Development Center in Crotonville, NY and at the Ashridge Business School in the United Kingdom.
