Katherine Gaskill

Senior Director of Labor and Employee Relations
and Compliance

Katherine Gaskill is MacB’s Senior Director of Corporate Human Resources. She has more than 20 years of progressive Human Resources experience in Corporate and manufacturing environments. Experience includes but is not limited to Employee Relations, Policy Administration, Compensation Administration, Acquisition and Integration, Group Insurance (self funded and fully insured) Plan Administration, 401(k) Plan Administration, 403(b) Church Plan Administration, ESOP Administration, FMLA Administration, Workers Compensation Administration, Employee Records Database Administration and COBRA Administration.

She leads a team of professionals focused on being the employer of choice by providing quality services, competitive benefits and compensation with an employee friendly focused culture, fostering these philosophies with approximately 1,500 employees worldwide. Her role is central in enabling the company to serve its employees, comply with federal regulations, and uphold its corporate culture of honesty, ethics, and integrity. Substantial responsibilities include but are not limited to Company Employee Relations, Company Policies and Procedures Interpretation, Salary and Compensation Administration, Employee Training and Development Programs, Acquisitions Employee Integrations, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Affirmative Action and the overall direction of Corporate Human Resources.

Prior to joining MacB, Katherine was a Corporate Benefits Manager for Graceworks Lutheran Services (formerly Lutheran Social Services), a nonprofit long term healthcare and social service agency. Providing benefits administration for over 800 employees. Additional responsibilities included workers compensation administration where she was an active member of the Safety Improvement Committee. Katherine successfully developed a program for monitoring exposure, education management of staff, and administering a Transitional Work Program which resulted in a decrease of reported work related injuries by 47 percent in a three-year period.

Prior to Lutheran Social Services, Katherine held the position of satellite Human Resources Coordinator for Baxter Healthcare, a manufacturing non union environment ~ 150 employees. Significant responsibility included employee relations, workforce recruiting, satellite payroll administration, benefits administration, workers compensation administration and Personnel Policy and Procedures interpretation and time and attendance administration. Prior to Baxter Healthcare, Katherine held the position of Corporate Benefit Specialists for Tomkins Industries, PLC., a diverse conglomerate of manufacturing industries. Katherine earned a Bachelor of Science, Business Management, Personnel and Industrial Relations from Wright State University, Dayton, Ohio, 1990. Professional affiliations include Society for Human Resource Management, Member 1997.
