MacB provides essential engineering, IT, engineering and programmatic products and services for a broad range of federal government agencies.

For the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), we provide significant support to the agency’s current and future space missions, to include: advanced space launch design, systems engineering, structural dynamics testing, concept analysis, program management and information technology. Additionally, we provide front-end strategic planning with preparation of technology roadmaps as well as designing and flying space hardware. We also provide 24/7 customer support center operation, records management and forms management as part of our IT/IM support.

MacB provided USDA IOL, Infrastructure Support Services total architecture, network, infrastructure, software, hardware, testing, interoperability, help desk and IA support.  We supported multiple Agencies within USDA consisting of 35,000+ employees, 45,000 workstations, 7,000 printers, 3,000+ network servers and multiple infrastructure support servers. Employees across three major geographic areas automatically received new software, upgrades and security features daily, with more than 200,000 patches applied annually.

For other Federal customers, MacB provides global/real-time 24x7x365 network security monitoring, cyber threat analysis, blue assessments, vulnerability analysis, research, information security engineering support, security analysis, system administration and maintenance, training, DB development and support, OT&E, engineering support, system planning, incident reporting and coordination, and process development, documentation and control. MacB delivers Continuity of Operations (COOP) for Security Operations Center (SOC) services from multiple facilities supporting more than 25,000 desktop workstations and laptop/notebook/tablet computers distributed in more than 500 locations nation-wide.
