MacAulay-Brown, Inc. Elects Sidney E. Fuchs President and Chief Executive Officer
Recognized Industry Veteran, Thought Leader and Senior Executive to Expand Company’s Reach into the U.S. Defense and Intelligence Community
DAYTON, Ohio and WASHINGTON D.C., July 26, 2011 – MacAulay-Brown, Inc. (MacB), a leading engineering and technical services company supporting the U.S. Defense and Intelligence communities with over 2,000 employees worldwide, announced today that it has elected Sidney E. Fuchs President and Chief Executive Officer effective August 1, 2011. He replaces current MacB President Charles Schwegman, who is retiring as MacB President after more than 14 years in that position. Fuchs brings more than 25 years experience in Intelligence and National Security, Aerospace and Defense, Commercial IT Services and Private Equity with an emphasis on engineering, development, integration and operations of mission-critical programs, systems and technologies.
