Who We Serve
MacB provides essential engineering, IT, engineering and programmatic products and services for a broad range of federal government agencies.
For the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), we provide significant assistance for the agency’s current and future space missions, to include: advanced space launch design, systems engineering, structural dynamics testing, concept analysis, program management and information technology. Additionally, we provide front-end strategic planning with preparation of technology roadmaps, as well as designing and flying space hardware. We also provide customer center operations 24-hours a day, seven days a week, records management, and forms management as part of our IT/IM assistance.
MacB provided USDA IOL, infrastructure services total architecture, network, infrastructure, software, hardware, testing, interoperability, help desk and IA assistance. We also help multiple agencies within USDA consisting of 35,000+ employees, 45,000 workstations, 7,000 printers, 3,000+ network servers and multiple infrastructure servers. Employees across three major geographic areas automatically received new software, upgrades and security features daily, with more than 200,000 patches applied annually.
For other federal customers, MacB provides global/real-time 24x7x365 network security monitoring, cyber threat analysis, blue assessments, vulnerability analysis, research, information security engineering, security analysis, system administration and maintenance, training, DB development, OT&E, engineering services, system planning, incident reporting and coordination, and process development, documentation and control. MacB delivers Continuity of Operations (COOP) for Security Operations Center (SOC) services from multiple facilities for more than 25,000 desktop workstations, and laptop/notebook/tablet computers distributed in more than 500 locations nationwide.
